Return & Refund Policy
Incorrect Order
We work to ensure all orders are checked for accuracy and carefully packaged. In cases of an incorrect order being sent we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for this return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at roknails@outlook.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we have received your returned order you will be issued a 110% store credit or a full refund of your original purchase price including any shipping you may have paid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email roknails@outlook.com letting us know of the issue along with your order number.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom orders or personalized items, and personal care goods (beauty/skin care products or tools). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refund or returns for change of mind.
